Although it was a bit of a challenge for this particular brand, to do all the marketing work when it came to writing, from video scripts, captions, emails to landing page copy.
The Process
Market Research
Projekt Unf had crazy competition, in a very competitive niche (Self-Improvement), we defined their goals, then we founder their ICP, so we can create the value ladder and what products they had that we can leverage in the funnel.

Although most modern funnels are (Social media -> email list -> Sales page), we like to use Russel Brunson's guidebook for the start, so we would not fall into the simple modern funnel trap that requires a huge follower count.
Writing
With writing I mean everything that has to be written in a business, I took the writing personally, so my team could focus on other client work, and writing for a new brand isn't an easy feat, if you're reading this you had to start from somewhere and I can relate to the struggle.
Website/landing pages copy
PAGES yes, a funnel has many parts, whether you decided to started with a self-liquidating funnel (directly a product page) or a squeeze page (an email list and a lead magnet). You still have your upsell pages, your downsell page and your checkout page.
Email Marketing copy
After the writing of the pages we decided to automate the marketing with some emails and some Make automations (Would that agency that you're considering go the extra mile for you? I doubt itβ¦)
If you're any brand that's not using email marketing, what are you even doing? You should always, ALWAYS use emails if you want an extra 30-35% revenue at the end of every month.

Content Scripting

Conclusion
Working with a new brand doesn't exactly give you points in your position as an agency, so if equity is in stake coupled with great potential, then why not? If anything it proves that we can get you from 0 to where you want to be in a matter of no time, even of a pure commission based retainer.
